Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, & Online Materials)


📌 All digital product sales are final due to their instant access nature. However, if you experience issues with downloads or access, contact us at sales@thriveshinedigi.com, and we’ll gladly assist you.


Physical Products (Apparel, Mental Health Tools, & Accessories)
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
✅ Unused and in original condition (unworn, unwashed, no stains, odors, or damage).
✅ Original packaging and tags must be intact.
🔹 Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, gift cards, final sale/clearance items, and intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments).


How to Start a Return
📩 Email sales@thriveshinedigi.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.
🚛 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item). We shall provide you with a return address slip to use, this is what must be used.


💰 Refunds & Exchanges
•    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
•    Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
📦 Order Issues? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery for a resolution.
